Welcome to the registration for the International Conference on Operations Research 2024. The registration process is done through Conftool. Click HERE to get access.
Registration is open from April 1. Early bird rates are available until May 30. Please consider the following information for the registration and the conference fees.

The conference fee includes
- Access to all sessions and the exhibition (does not include accompanying persons).
- Conference materials: Conference bag with printed conference handbook and online access
to the technical programme with abstracts. - Tea, coffee, and water throughout the conference.
- Lunch on 4 -6 September.
- Wifi-access at the conference location.
- Admission to the Get Together on Tuesday and the Bavarian Reception on Wednesday
(please indicate your attendance when registering). - Access to a reduced-price public transport ticket for Munich city or the greater Munich area
from 3 to 6 September. The city ticket (Zone M) includes the railway station, all conference
locations and attractions such as Nymphenburg castle and the English Garden. The greater
Munich area ticket (Zone M-5) includes Munich ariport, lake Starnberg, and lake Ammersee.
The ticket can be purchased as part of the registration process. In case of purchasing, the
ticket will be included in your conference bag, which you can pick up at the conference desk.
The conference fee for one accompanying person covers the same as the regular conference
fee except for access to sessions and the conference material.
The conference dinner includes a welcome drink on the rooftop terrace (weather permitting), a
three-course meal, wine, beer, and soft drinks, and a selection of coffees and tea.
Members of OR organizations, which have an cooperation agreement with GOR such as ÖGOR
and SVOR, are eligible to the the reduced GOR-membership fees.
For students (Bachelor and Master) the same fees as for PhD students apply.
Participants from low-income countries can register for the reduced fee of GOR members.

GOR membership can be obtained here https://www.gor-ev.de/mitgliedschaft. The costs are
100 € for a regular membership and 20 € for a student membership (Bachelor and Master
students only, no PhD students.
All persons registered at a reduced fee except GOR members are asked to upload a a proof for
their eligibility as jpg- or pdf-file during registration. Proof for eligibility are: For PhD-students
and students: valid student ID-card; for retirees: valid ID-card; for low-income countries: valid
passport. The organizer reserves the right to reject registrations that do not meet the
requirements for the reduced fee.
Registration Cancellation:
- Notice of cancellation must be sent by email to or2024@tum.de.
- For cancellations received before June 1, a full refund less an administration charge of 50 €
will be granted. - After this date refunds will be at the discretion of the Organising Committee.
- No‐shows will not receive a refund.
- Please allow up to 4 weeks to receive any refunds.
